Mysterious Diagram

Anyone have an idea what that "Deep South/Far North" diagram is all about on the title page just before the table of Contents?

Oh god! I've been wonderin' the same thing!
It does have the Coltrane changes triangle so... Maybe his book?
-I cannot get my hands on it so I do not know.
It's a bit more in-depth than pictures I have seen of his diagrams...

go through the forum. you'll find several references to it. it's obviously abstract and maybe a hint of book two.

I agree that it probably will be used in book two. Probably a way to help you navigate between Lydian Chromatic Scales so that you have an idea where you are in relation to your starting point.
Just wondered if anyone had any advance insight.
